From basic consultations that give you direction to do the staging yourself, to full service appointments where we do all the work for you. Who I am
Ashley Trojanek- Owner/Lead Stager
I have always had a passion for interior design and come from a family of designers. I graduated from the American Institute of Interior Design located in Fountain Hills, AZ in 2011 and started a career at my family's furniture store shortly after, where I did sales, in store design consultations, and independent design jobs. I met my husband in 2013 and we decided to start a family and have 3 amazing children.
I love being able to help home owners stage their homes to make the best possible first impression on potential buyers. I also work with realtors on staging empty homes to add a more personal touch to the space and make it feel more inviting.
Home Staging Package Options:
For clients who want to do the heavy lifting themselves but need a little direction.
Includes a 2 hour consultation at your home with a personalized follow up report to give you an idea of where to start and also an informational packet of ideas and tips. $150 (one stager)
If client wishes to upgrade to a package within 72 hours of consultation, the initial consult fee will be applied to the upgrade.
Silver Staging (Most popular with sellers still living in the home)
We stage your home with your items and your pre-staging assistance
This staging service utilizes the furniture and decor that is already in your home with your assistance in packing, moving, storing various items etc.
We start with a 2 hour consultation at your home to make a plan and you will be given prepping "homework" and a price quote. We will then schedule another appointment at your convenience to do the actual staging. (Initial consultation fee will be applied as a credit towards total staging price.)
$100/hour (minimum of 4 hours with 2 stagers - Most jobs require 4-8 hours depending on square footage) Extra decor items needed to complete job will be quoted per item and approved by client prior to staging with a rental agreement.
This level of service involves NO participation from the client. We will conduct a basic consult at your home and you will be emailed a full, detailed pricing and plan quote. We pack and prepare for you to store before staging date. (Initial consult fee will be applied towards total package cost)
$200/hour (2-3 stagers) Most jobs in this category are 8 hours minimum depending on square footage, organization, cleanliness etc.) We will utilize as much existing furniture and decor as possible. Extra staging items needed to complete job will be quoted per item and approved by client prior to final staging with rental agreement.
This service is necessary if you have a vacant or partially vacant home . Please contact for further details on pricing.
Estimates range from $300-$500/ per room/ per month that needs to be staged and rental contract must be signed with rental company and/or Stager. This contract also includes a one time fee for delivery/set up and removal of rental furniture after the home is sold.
Additional fee for home stagers is $100/hr for, selecting and ordering rental furniture and accessories (Est.4-6 hours) and complete install of project. (Est. 6-8 hours) Each project in this category is completely individualized based on client's needs.

This service is available to clients that are looking to stage a vacant home without the use of rental furniture. Smaller details will be added to make the home more appealing to potential buyers and help with better listing photos.
Consultation to take photos and measurements ($75/1 hour)
(On staging day -$75 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours plus monthly rental fee of accessories used in staging)
Interior Styling/ Redesign/ Airbnb Design
Not moving but want to update your style, move some things around or add some new accessories? Prepare your property to be a furnished rental? This service is for you! (Initial consultation of $150 for 2 hours. We will create a unique plan for you and then schedule to make the magic happen!
(1-2 certified Interior designers) Decor and accessories purchased are invoiced per item and shopping time with be billed at the rate of $100 /hour.
